The introduction gives students valuable introductory texts and scientific explanations of the most prominent terms used in childhood education. The texts can inspire students to reflect their thoughts and actions in this field critically. The content of the publication connects analogue learning opportunities in the seminar context (contact time) with digital self-study sessions and is designed along the course of the semester, it can therefore be used as a semester-accompanying teaching and learning book.
